Daily Food Guide for Acupressure

Morning :
1. Do the solar plexus exercise 
2. Drink 2 glasses of warm water on an empty stomach before brushing teeth. If one has a kidney or bladder problem, for 2 weeks drink black tea on waking instead of the water. (1teaspoon of black tea leaves is boiled with a cup of water. When the water is halved, strain and add half a cup of tepid water and drink.) 
3. Do acupressure 
4. Eat half a raw tomato 
5. Eat breakfast 
6. Eat a piece of raw papaya 
7. Drink a glass of water after 10-15 minutes 
8. If one has heart problems, for 40 days have a teaspoon of 
powdered cumin and powdered coriander in half a glass of water.
9. After an hour, have a glass of green juice (This is 70% liquidized and strained leafy green vegetables and 30% tomatoes, carrots or any vegetables in season that can be eaten raw.) One can add a teaspoon of honey if desired. 
10. Use the foot roller for 10- 15 minutes. 

Afternoon : 
1. Mid-morning have some fruit 
2. Before lunch have a raw tomato 
3. After lunch have a piece of raw papaya 
4. After another 15-20 minutes drink a glass of water 
5. Do acupressure after an hour 
6. Drink a glass of green juice 

Night : 
1. Eat dinner before 8.00 p.m 
2. After dinner have a piece of raw papaya 
3. Before sleeping have warm water, fruit juice and a tomato 
4. Do acupressure before sleeping 
5. Use the foot roller for 10- 15 minutes 

Important Advice :
*  Drink only warm water 
*  Once a week try to have a liquid diet 
*  No cold food or drink 
*  Avoid fast / junk food 
*  Eat fresh green chilli with meals 
*  Use the foot roller twice a day for 10 to 15 minutes
