Introduction to the Acupressure Points :(Points of the Nervous system – Allergy point)
Points of the Nervous system:
These points are important when a person is acutely stressed, lethargic, has frequent cramps or paralysis. These points are located at the back of the hands and feet. In the hands, they are along the bones that extend from the fingers up to the wrist. On the feet they are along the bones that extend from the toes.
For both hands and feet points we should use only the fingers.
Points of the Sciatic nerves:
These points should be pressed in times of stress, knee pain, back Pain, muscle pain and when one has painful feet whilst standing. These points are on both legs and extend from the ankle to the knee.
For these leg points we should use only the fingers.
Points of the Middle Finger:
These points are important in times of stress, when one has toothache, heart problems, pain in the upper arms and loss of consciousness. In these situations the base of the middle finger along its sides as well as those of the middle toes should be pressed 100 times.

For both hands and feet points we should use only the fingers.
Allergy point:
Some people lave sensitive skin and can have allergies to, for example, insect bites, dust, pollen, the weather etc. Also allergies can be due to certain foods, drinks, smells, medication etc.
